When I try to load my own data into DataLab, the open dialog does not display my data. I have to click on "local files" to be able to load the proper data set. Is there a way to display my data in the open dialog by default?

The open dialog always displays the data files contained in the working directory of DataLab. You may adjust it to your own needs by clicking the command "Setup/Working Directory" and selecting the directory where your data is in. DataLab remembers this setting so that the data in this directory will be displayed by default.
