Declaration: function UncertCoeff: double;

The function UncertCoeff calculates the uncertainty coefficient of the classifier for a particular threshold which has to be set by calling the method CalcConfusionMatrix. The valid range for the uncertainty coefficient is from 0.0 to 1.0. A negative value indicates a condition where the coefficient cannot be calculated:
-1 ... the method CalcConfusionMatrix has not been called before
-2 ... the actual (true) values are not dichotomous
