The property RangeLow defines the lower threshold of the input value below which the colors of the input box are switched from ColorBoxBG and ColorBoxText to ColorWarnBG and ColorWarnText.

Hint: Please note that - in contrast to the old TNumIO component - the parameter RangeLow does not limit the range of numbers the user is able to input.
