Declaration: property MousePosX: double;

This is a read-only property and returns the x-value of the current mouse position in terms of real-world chart coordinates (i.e. the real part of the complex reflection coefficient). If the mouse is not over the chart window, MousePosX is not updated. In this case it returns the last coordinate value which has been recorded before the mouse has left the chart area.
