The property DecPlacePhi determines the number of decimal places used for the angular scale. DecPlacePhi may take values between 0 and 3.

Hint: Please note that DecPlacePhi is only effective when the property LabelModeAngular is set to almRadians, for all other label modes the scale ticks are labeled with no decimal places.
