The property ColorSelectedRowText determines the color of the text in a selected row.

Hint: Don't mix up selected rows (property RowSelected), a highlighted row (property HighLightRow), and the Selection property. In general, you should not use the property Selection for selecting a row, since RowSelected is a better replacement.
