The property AtCharge contains the charge of an atom AtIx. The parameter AtIx is valid between 1 and the number of atoms in the molecule (NAtoms). If AtIx is set to any invalid valid, the property AtCharge returns a zero value (in case of reading the property), or no has effect at all (in case of writing to the property).
